Fairly stretchy when going over the package. Cups the bottom of the balls and holds them up. Nice vibration, I use it regularly with my favorite pleasure device. Fairly short charging time and great run time longer than I need, probably about an hour. Waterproof but I’d avoid submerging it. this is my second one so it may not last more than a few months (maybe I just got it too wet) but well worth the price as I enjoy using regularly.
