For me - this was a waste of money 1- the hole for the penis was not big enough .2- the stretch arms - were too short 3- the silicone sock punctured (got holes) after only few uses 4 the venti of the so called “patented suction cup “ didn’t work at all.
All in all - not usable … At least not for me

This seems slightly intimidating but after you familiarize yourself with how it works it’s very simple and easy to use. One can wear it with comfort and continued use will surely provide much length. After a short few days I noticed more in my “hang” then usual.

9 Mar 2024 - I finally figured out how to use the extensions.

24 Mar 2024 - 3 weeks in and this thing is actually working though I wonder if the changes have any staying power should I stop using it. Whatever, my girth and length have improved and my lady says yeah, baby.

Six weeks along and I am 1.75 inches further along than when I started. I use this in conjunction with a pump and the changes are noticeable. Bear in mind this is a long term project but, once you hit your goal, all you have to do is maintain.
